Shipping and Refund policy
We ship worldwide for free!
All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping worldwide.
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

Note, we must unfortunately charge a small fee for each parcel which you choose not to pick up at the post office. Currently this fee is 20.00 EUR for each uncollected parcel. Customers will be responsible for paying any duty and or tax charges added at the destination country.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are not allowed to use the products, and you must be able to return the products in the same condition as they were delivered to you.
When making a return or exchange, you must return everything that was included in the original delivery, including all packaging used, any extra gifts provided and the purchased product.
When making a return or exchange to Néva Beauty, you as the customer will pay any fees incurred due to the return or exchange.
Néva Beauty denies all responsibility for the hair if the hair is colored or bleached as we cannot guarantee the outcome.
In order to facilitate a successful return, always include our own completed return form along with your order. Please notify us first by email at email@example.com including “RETURN” or "EXCHANGE" and your order number in the subject.
If you paid by credit card then the money will be refunded back to the card via PayPal. If you were invoiced then this will be cancelled or credited back to you. Refunds take approx. 10 business days.
